The whole line can work connecting with the upstream inspectionmachine and downstream intelligent storage. Any problems with any one of theequipment will affect the customer's production. The whole line production speed reaches 450pcs/min


The number of drugs in a single batch, such as vaccines andmonoclonal antibodies, is about 160000 pcs. Based on the 6-hour production time(8-hour working system=6 hours of production time+2 hours of site clearance andbatch closing time), the production speed needs 444 pcs/min. The productionspeed is required for mass production, saving customer costs, and reducing therisk of production shift and batch closing. Therefore, the reasonableproduction speed of single vaccine package is 450 pcs/min, The production speedof the main equipment in the whole line is respectively - the operation speedof the labeling machine is 600 pcs/min, the blister machine is 570 pcs/min, thecartoning machine is 600 pcs/min, the wrapping machine/medium cartoning machineis 500 pcs/min, and the case packer is 8 cases/min, which fully meets thedesign speed of the whole line of 500 pcs/min, and the stable production speedof the whole line is 450 pcs/min, which already trusted by many customers,while the whole line speed of international leading enterprises is 300~400pcs/min, Truking Technology's packaging line is in a leading position in termsof capacity and delivery time.


Protect the drugs quality in all aspects


The production and storage temperature control of vaccines,monoclonal antibodies and other drugs have extremely stringent requirements.Inactivated vaccines, recombinant vaccines and insulin in new crown vaccinesrequire 2~8 ℃, and mRNA vaccinesrequire - 25 ~- 15 .Excessive temperature will directly affect the efficacy of vaccines, which isalso the focus of vaccine manufacturers, and corresponding risks cannot betolerated.


In the packaging process, the most likely links to affect thetemperature are the blister machine and the wrapping machine. Through constantexploration, Truking Technology has proposed a solution to this problem: theblister machine is used to form the heat sealing technology at low temperature,and the vaccine production requirements are met through the protection of thecooling plate. After wrapping, there is also a temperature control and coolingmechanism, which can ensure that the drugs are within the required ambienttemperature; For drugs with higher requirements for growth hormone, mRNA,etc., Truking Technology also has solutions for paper tray and medium cartoning,which can ensure no temperature impact during packaging.



Product inspection, batch information inspection and supervisioncode in the packaging process are all important precondition for the qualityand compliance of drug packaging. Truking Technology's whole line equipmentinspection includes the inspection of label presence, batch information camerainspection, bottle grabbing inspection, visual inspection of bottle entry,temperature inspection, dynamic compensation for blanking, detection ofnonconforming products, detection of the correctness material ofcartons,leaflet or large cases, carton weight detection, wrappingdetection,supervision code inspection and three-level association, packingquantity test, sealing tape test ,totally more than 500 quality tests, whichprovide all-round quality assurance for vaccines in the production process.

Blister machine

Reserve more space on the front of the blister machine, which canfacilitate people to collect rejected bottles or waste materials.

  • Drawer-type quick mold change. All the molds are designed with drawer type, and can be equipped with a mold trolley. The mold can be replaced by drawing without handling.
  • Automatic film stretching compensation function. Servo film feeding,dynamic compensation, and dynamic correction of blister position to ensure thatthe product is located in the center of blister
  • PVC waste cut into pieces and collected , reduce waste space andpersonnel collection frequency.
  • After heat sealing, the package material is cooled. After heat sealing,the packaging material is immediately cooled, and the temperature of thepackaging material is reduced within 0.5 seconds.
  • Guidance of specification replacement . On-screen integratedspecification quick replacement guide which can effectively reducespecification replacement time.


Cartoning machine


  • Packaging materials to prevent mixing. Packing materials in largevolumes is impossible to check one by one when they are put into storage, andthere is a risk that blank printing materials and other packages of the samesize will be mixed. The cartoning machine has the barcode detection function,which can eliminate unprinted packages and wrong packages online.
  • Servo orbit changing system. The whole line is long, the air consumptionis large, and there is a risk of collision when the rail change fails. Servorail change is adopted to prevent the rail change failure and protect the host.
  • leaflet folding machine can rotated. The paper folding machine canrotate on the front side, which can quickly deal with the problems on the backside of the leaflet folding machine.
  • Replace the specification by hand. The specifications of the wholemachine can be replaced by hand without tools.
  • Air slip ring of the carton pickup head is with a very long life time .The rotary sealer of the carton pickup head is in quickly replace changing, andno need debugging after replacement, which is more easier for operators.
  • Multiple carton sealing method. which integrated with hot melt gluingand tuck in closure module,which can do the carton sealing by tuck in closure ,hot melt gluing or tuck in closure and hot melt glue.
  • The machine can integrate with laser, ink-jet or embossing printingfunctions. Which can reduce the whole line length by 1.5m long.and which alsocan add the functions of quick drying of carton ink, smoking of laser dust anderasing.
